After doing student visas after student visas, Aussizz group was the only agency that could tell me that there was another pathway 4 years ago. They helped me to get a regional visa that none of my pevious agents were able to suggest to me. And on Thursday after a long wait, I finally got my PR. Preeti and Vivian were my agents and they were to say the least of great help in the whole process.

ZERO star! Very unprofessional!DO NOT waste your time and money with this MARA agency!They sent numerous appointment confirmations but they never turned up to our appointment.I had changed the mode of the meeting to Zoom well in advance and the change was accepted and confirmed but when it came to the appointment time, no one bothered to turn up!When it came to the appointment time, I had not received a payment link and the Zoom link.I phoned them myself at 12pm which was the appointment time. The phone just rang out and when I phoned again at 12:04pm, someone picked up the call and had the audacity to tell me to book another appointment as the person that I was to have a meeting with was already in another appointment! I was livid! Why waste my time in booking an appointment when you don't bother turning up!Mind you, no one from them phoned me back until nearly half an hour later and this person had the nerve to tell me that it was a mistake on both sides as the mode of the meeting had not been confirmed! It WAS accepted and confirmed well before the meeting (I have the screenshot as proof).What a massive disappointment.They then asked me to re-book an appointment, what a joke!DO NOT waste your valuable time and money.UPDATE - Respectfully, i do not have to share anything as you already have my booking details on file.
